Meet Kara Pranikoff

Education Consultant and Coach

I’m Kara Pranikoff. Having been in schools for 25 years I know that every school is different and every teacher wants to know the next steps to take to improve their practice. 

I specialize in listening, facilitation, and collaboration. Whether I’m working with a whole school, a grade team, an individual teacher, I connect to your specific questions and coach you to center students, develop their thinking, voice and student-to-student relationships. 

The goal in all my work is to decrease the overwhelm for teachers, so they feel capable and confident moving forward.
